Users remain responsible for reviewing entries, approvals, notices, filings, payments, and legal compliance. The service is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party payment, banking, communications, storage, signature, or identity services. Their availability and separate terms may affect those features.

Text messaging (SMS) terms & conditions

Program: Sixth Borough Rental account and service notifications. By providing your mobile number to Sixth Borough Rental, you consent to receive recurring text messages from us, including secure links to review and e-sign lease and renewal documents, rent and payment reminders, and property notices. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or rental.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help, or contact us at office@sixthboroughrental.com or (201) 500-1899. Text STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with other users, or use the platform to violate another person's rights.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change to improve operations, address security concerns, or meet legal and provider requirements.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to address security threats, misuse, legal requirements, nonpayment, or material violations of these terms. Data handling after termination remains subject to contractual, legal, and retention requirements.
